5th in My Series Prepping 5 Low Carb, THM S Dinners in an Hour on a Budget

This is my 5th installment in my series where I prep 5 TM S, or low carb dinners in an hour. My goal is $60 or less for 5 adults. For some of you, I know this isn’t helpful. You have $60 for all week’s groceries. I have been there and understand where you are right now. We have more room in our budget now but I don’t want to sped $100’s every week. That would be wasteful, at least to me where we are in our budget.

Even if you can’t spend this amount for your groceries, I hope that this is helpful and gives you ideas. If you have a store that has sales where you can buy one package of meat for regular price and get one for a penny. Check into it. I have found those sales to be very helpful when staying on a budget.

In the picture above I had a ladies meeting the night I made this for the family. I used one of my meal prep containers. I put some of the cheesy mashed cauliflower on the smaller side and topped it with the roast. I added a salad in the bigger side. I brought water and a little on plan chocolate. I had a delicious dinner and felt satisfied without feeling deprived.
