Low Carb Chicken Wings
I love chicken wings. When they go on sale, I try to get at least one package and keep them in the freezer for snacks during a football game, family time, or just because. Eating the trim healthy mama way doesn’t mean that we have to deny ourself delicious foods!! These are delicious without having to add breading and frying them and make a great THM S meal.
My hubby and I went to this popular wings place in Dallas last year. I guess the new idea is to not seperate your wings into pieces. If that is good enough for the people in Dallas, saves me time and still tastes great, I’m in.
This recipe is crazy easy and delicious. My family loves when I make these. We have to fight over who gets the extra pieces, if there are any left. The baking powder in the recipe is important. It helps with the crispiness of the skin. And, like I always say, add more less seasonings to your family’s tastes.
