May Trim Healthy Mama Menu
I try to put together a trim healthy mama menu every month. I make sure that they are all special ingredient free, NSI, so even new people to THM can follow the menu. I try to make sure that I rotate protein sources so you don’t get burned out on chicken or beef. I also make sure to include e meals as well. If one, or more, of these recipes isn’t something that your family would like, swap it out with one that your family would rather have. I want to encourage fellow thmers on their healthy living journey. I hope this helps you on your trim healthy mama journey.
Some of these recipes call for special equipment, i.e. air fryer, instant pot. If you don’t have those, you can use your oven or stove top to cook them. If you have questions, feel free to contact me.
