Welcome to Week 1 of my Summer Stock-Up Series! Each week, we’ll be prepping freezer-friendly meals and pantry staples to keep your kitchen Trim Healthy Mama-ready — even when life gets busy or the summer heat turns up.
This week is all about chicken — a lean protein that’s budget-friendly, easy to prep in bulk, and incredibly versatile across both Satisfying (S) and Fuel Pull (FP) meals.
Recipe #1: Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken (THM S)
This flavorful, low-carb grilled chicken is perfect for summer! With just a few simple ingredients, it makes the perfect main dish for salads, wraps, or just paired with your favorite non-starchy veggies.
Freezer Tip:
Double or triple the marinade and freeze the chicken raw in the marinade. Pull out to thaw overnight and cook when ready!

This crockpot verde chicken is a must-have fuel pull staple. It’s incredibly easy to make and so versatile — use it in salads, taco bowls, or over cauli rice. It’s light yet filling, and perfect for warmer days.
Freezer Tip:
Freeze the cooked shredded chicken in meal-sized portions or freeze raw chicken with the verde ingredients to dump straight into your crockpot later!

Skip the store-bought packets and make your own taco seasoning with clean ingredients you probably already have. This blend is perfect for seasoning chicken, beef, or even roasted veggies.
Make a big batch and store in a labeled mason jar for easy access all year long!

Here’s a super simple dry ranch mix that you can keep on hand to season meats, mix into Greek yogurt for dips, or add to casseroles. It’s sugar-free, additive-free, and delicious!

3 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp Dried Snipped Chives
Optional: 1 tsp nutritional yeast for a cheesy undertone
To Use:
Mix 1 tbsp seasoning with 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese. Add a splash of almond milk and pickle juice for a ranch dip or dressing! Add more liquid if you want it thinner. Taste, add more ranch mix if desired.


2–3 bags of Lemon Rosemary Chicken (raw, marinated)
2–3 bags of Verde Chicken (either raw ingredients or cooked/shredded)

One jar taco seasoning
One jar dry ranch mix
