Trim Healthy Mama Fuel Pull Chocolate Banana Shake

This recipe isn’t one that I thought I would share but it tasted so good that I had to share! This trim healthy mama fuel pull shake is so easy and it tastes great. I was actually wanting to make a fp vanilla bean shake but used the plan whey protein powder instead. I really didn’t want a plain shake so I went to my cabinet that has extracts. I went for the banana but I didn’t just want banana. When I went to get my sweetener I saw the cocoa powder I just bought. I have been wanting to find ways to use it. I thought this would be perfect.

This shake is so good. I am sure you can use any cocoa powder but this black cacoa powder has more depth than regular. I have read that this is the kind of cocoa used to make oreo cookies. I have put it in my coffee and that was a really good mocha. This shake is so good. I bet it would be even more amazing with half of a frozen banana. Yum! Here is a link where you can buy this delicious cacoa powder.

This recipe does call for special ingredients. If you don’t have any of them, you can still make this. If you don’t have mct oil, use 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil. I love sunflower lecithin, it is good for you and helps keep things sort of creamy. This isn’t a requirement. If you can handle more of the gluccomanan, add double what I did. I can only handle the smallest amount. I used the thm banana extract. I don’t know if mine is a little stronger than the normal one at the grocery store or not. Taste this an own it for your own tastes.
