Trim Healthy Mama Menu for March
We have a brand new month right around the corner and this is one of my favorite months of the year. It might or might not have anything to do with my birthday being this month. I love the change in the weather, the green fields and flowers that are popping up everywhere. I live in Texas so we don’t really have a thaw out season but the landscape that looks dead starts to show signs of life.
Here is the menu I came up with for the month of March. I try to mix the fuels, proteins and flavors. I don’t plan out the weekends because a lot of people eat out and you might have leftovers that need to be ate. If you need more food, you can always add a salad to help round out the meals. If you have little ones, carrots and cucumber sticks with ranch was a hit when my kids were little. I hope this is helpful.
I have a link at the bottom where you can print off the menu in a calendar format and hang it on your fridge.
