August Trim Healthy Mama Menu

It’s time for a new trim healthy mama menu since August is right around the corner.

When I make up these menus, I try to pick recipes that my whole family loved, are easy to make, and don’t keep you chained to the kitchen. We are all busy and don’t want to spend all of our time making healthy meals for our families. I try to make sure that I swap proteins and include e meals as well. Every recipe is available online and require no special ingredients.

Adapt this recipe to your family’s preferences.

If you want to include fish or seafood, I do have some of those recipes but don’t include them in the menu. I had some ladies contact me and say that they don’t eat fish and needed other meal ideas. So, I decided to stop having fish in my menus, but you can do a search if you are interested and add in some yummy fish/seafood recipes. This month every Monday is a crockpot recipe, Tuesday is Mexican, and Friday is a grill recipe.

Here is how I am prepping my meals lately.

I am all about meal prepping to stay on plan. Using the totes and prepping 5 dinners has been game changing for me. If you aren’t really into meal prepping, I do have a crockpot recipe on Mondays that can be prepped ahead, to make the start of your week super easy. I don’t have any recipes included for the weekend. We eat leftovers and often eat out. You can add in new recipes or whatever is best for your family.
