Trim Healthy Mama Menu for July

It’s July and time for another Trim Healthy Mama menu.

Maybe last year seemed to last for a long time and that’s why this year seems to be flying by. It honestly feels like I just made the June menu. With it being fully summer now, there will be no soups, no oven meals, nothing to heat up our houses. If you don’t have a grill, you can use a skillet. Utilize your crockpot and/or instant pot if you have them. For the recipes that call for an instant pot and you don’t have one, just use your crockpot.

I will share the fuel after the meal so you can follow this menu even as a thm beginner.

I try to include enough e meals so that mamas who need some e dinners can get them in. I rotate fuels so you aren’t eating chicken breasts everyday. Every recipe is available online and special ingredient free. I want anyone to be able to at least get some ideas from the menus and not have to worry about having certain cookbooks or needing to place an Amazon order. Every Monday is a crockpot recipe that you can prep on Sunday and have a great start to your week. Every Tuesday is Mexican and every Friday is grill recipe. Now, on to the menu.

  11. Hobo Packs– all in one meal that is made any fuel you want. Any
  12. Brown Sugar Dijon Chops with Salad and grilled zucchini or yellow squash S
  13. Crockpot Steak Bites with salad and sautéed squash S
  14. Chipotle Chicken Bowls Chipotle Chicken Breasts and the Chipotle Sauce E
  15. Cheesy Hamburger and Zucchini Skillet with a salad S
  16. Chciken Sausage over Veggie Pasta E
  17. Grilled Cilantro Lime Chciken with salad and grilled zucchini S
  18. Crockpot BBQ Pulled Chicken with with Coleslaw S
  19. Crockpot Chicken Tacos Any fuel you want
  20. Instant Pot Pepper Steak over Mashed Cauliflower (can use your crockpot) S
  21. Papaya Chicken over Brown or Cauliflower Rice E
  22. Grilled Sweet and Tangy Pork Chops with Broccoli Salad and Sautéed Squash
