Low Carb THM S Valentine’s Dinner
Here is a low carb, trim healthy mama s Valentine’s Day dinner menu
If you are eating in this Valentine’s day, I have a trim healthy mama s dinner meal plan for you. Your dinner doesn’t have to be boring or even a cheat (unless you want it to be a cheat). Sometimes staying home and eating a homemade dinner can be as romantic, or even more romantic than eating out. When all of my kids were living at home, we couldn’t afford to eat out or afford a baby sitter so we could go out. Making a yummy dinner at home is easy.
Depending on how many you are cooking for, you can cut the recipes in half or feed your whole family.
When my kids were at home, I made the whole day fun. I made every meal special, even when I had mostly teenagers. I made sure they knew they were loved. And making our dinner special was important to me. If you don’t have the money for steaks for everyone, cook up some chicken breasts or pork chops for the kids. Now on to the recipes.
Amazing Low Carb Brussels Sprouts
Twice Baked Low Carb Cauliflower
Steamed Veggies with a Cheese Sauce
Air Fryer Steak with Herb Garlic Butter
Dessert, everyone’s favorite part of the meal- or maybe just mine.
I do love dessert. Since I am no longer addicted to sugar, a small dessert actually is all I need. I no longer eat an entire row of Oreos. Maybe that was just me again. A couple recipes are so easy and don’t require any cooking! They are also loved by everyone who tries them, I love making one of those recipes up on the weekend and having it for dessert throughout the week. If you make the brownies, make sure you don’t overbake. For them to stay gooey, they need to be slightly under baked and kept in the fridge. The black bottom cupcakes were a hit with everyone in my house and are best warm.
