A trim healthy mama Thanksgiving is more than possible, it’s tasty and easy. You will need to plan ahead, just like you have to do for a regular Thanksgiving dinner. I have you covered with everything from cranberry sauce to green bean casserole to roast turkey and dessert. The holidays are a time for family and food.
Lots of memories and laughs shared. Unless your entire family is on plan, there will be lots of food passed around that isn’t on plan. Make on plan substitutes that are just as yummy!!! No need to eat off plan during the holidays, unless you want to! I am all about giving myself grace when I need to. These recipes are so good, your off plan family members will most likely love them too.
I suggest making a few things ahead if possible.
The mini cheesecakes, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, and a few more can be made 2 days ahead. With some planning and a little prep, you can have an easy and on plan trim healthy mama Thanksgiving. All of these recipes are low carb as well!

Cranberry Sauce is something I make every year, this one is sugar free of course. Allulose sweetener is recommended since it won’t crystalize in the fridge.

What about a low carb apple pie? If you want something that is ridiculously easy to make and is only a few ingredients, make this chocolate candy. If you have goji berries, it tastes better with them but tastes great either way.

Low Carb Mini Cheesecakes are so easy to make, no stress when making these little goodies. You can fill the cavities that they make with any topping that you would like. I topped them with some cranberry sauce and a little whipped cream. Yum!
