June Trim Healthy Mama Menu

It’s a new month, it’s time for a new trim healthy mama menu!

Every month I make a new THM menu. One that goes with the season, doesn’t need special ingredients, and is full of family favorites. Every recipe that I include in my menus are approved by my hubby and teens in the house. You also don’t need a cookbook because every recipe is available online. I try to make this so that a newbie or seasoned thmer can follow the menu and not be confused. I also list if the recipe is an s, e, or any fuel.

Any fuel means that in the recipe there isn’t enough fat for an s or enough carbs for an e. You can decide what fuel you want or need that meal to be.

I try to give a variety of flavors and proteins. You aren’t eating baked or grilled chicken breasts every night. Eating shouldn’t be boring! I know not every family has the same taste’s as mine. If something doesn’t sound like your family will eat it, swap out something different;. My goal is a mom who isn’t exhausted, an exciting menu, and happy family’s!! With it being pretty much summer, every Friday is a grill recipe and every Monday is a crockpot recipe you can prep over the weekend. If you have any questions, feel free to email me.
