About This December THM Menu
It’s hard to believe December is already here, but this menu is ready to help you glide through the month with flavorful, budget-friendly recipes your whole crew will enjoy. My family is picky, so every recipe I include is something they will actually eat and enjoy.
When a recipe calls for pasta, we use Dreamfields, which my family finally loves. But if you prefer a lower-carb or gluten-free option, spaghetti squash, palmini, or veggie noodles work perfectly and stay 100% on plan.
This month’s menu includes:
-
Mostly THM S meals
-
Several THM E meals
-
A couple Any Fuel meals you can customize however you need
Any Fuel meals start as FP but can easily be turned into S or E.
For example, the Mexican Chicken (pictured above) is originally a FP, but I turned it into an E meal by serving it with baked corn tortillas. Simple swaps like this make the menu incredibly flexible!
Use this menu exactly as written or substitute meals where you’d prefer more E-fuel days or more satisfying S-fuel nights.
If you need lots of trim healthy mama crockpot recipes to make your December easier, I have you covered
Here is my all on plan, easy, family friendly, special ingredient free crocktober menu.
