Here is a new Trim Healthy Mama Crocktober menu for October.

I love my crockpot just as much as the next obsessed fan. If I could only have one extra appliance, I would pick this one.  Having dinner cooking all day while I am busy, running errands, off with my grandson, or even having a lazy day, gives me such peace. This Crocktober recipe is designed with the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating in mind, but anyone can use this super simple menu.

There are new trim healthy mama recipes and a few old favorites.

I tried to get plenty of new recipes for this menu. I have a few brand new trim healthy mama e recipes too! This Crocktober menu is special ingredient free, full of easy recipes that are also teen boy and hubby approved. I tell you if the recipe is s, e, or any. Any fuel means that you can choose how you want to make/serve it. For example, pumpkin chili. This is a fuel pull recipe as written. You can decide if you want to add cheese, sour cream or go with e fuels. You get to decide how you want to eat it.

Crocktober has to be my favorite “month”.

  2. Firecracker Chicken Any Serve over E fried rice or S fried Rice

  4. Butter Chicken with Indian Spiced Rice S
  5. Lasagna Soup S
  6. Ribs with Coleslaw and another side S
  7. Steak Bites with Salad and Skillet Bacon Parmesan Green Beans S
  8. Mexican Quinoa E

  10. Pineapple Asian Pork with Rice and Asian Green Beans E

28. Lasagna – place in your greased crockpot, cook on L 4-6 hrs or H 2-4 H- salad S
