February THM Menu
I know menu planning can be time consuming, especially planning a trim healthy mama menu for a month.
Every month I create a meal plan for the month and share it with fellow thmers. The recipes I share are all family friendly and great for busy lives. I rotate proteins and s and e meals to make sure we aren’t stuck in a fuel rut. All of the recipes are special ingredient free as well. They are pretty easy and quick to make as well. I know we are busy mommas and don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen.
At the bottom of this page there is a clickable link where you can print the menu. I have the fuels listed as well so you can see at a glance what fuel you dinner is. That way you can your other meals and fuels about what your dinner will be. I don’t have Saturdays listed because it is usually leftover day. Sundays are eat out days and simple meal days. I try to get meal prep done on Sundays so that the rest of my week will be on plan and easy. I hope this helps!
