September Trim Healthy Mama Menu
Here is a brand new Trim Healthy Mama Dinner Menu for September
Here is a new trim healthy mama menu for September. This menu has S meals and E meals, the proteins are rotated, every Tuesday is Mexican inspired as well. I have crockpot recipes that you can prep on the weekends for Mondays (except for Labor Day) and Fridays are soup recipes.
Every recipe is family friendly.
My family can be picky when it comes to food. I have one that if he knows there is cauliflower in it he won’t even try it. That soup pictured above has a package of cauliflower hidden in it. My whole family ate it all. Some even had seconds! That is a win in my book. If you are looking for easy, special ingredient free, delicious recipes, this menu is for you.
If you don’t like one of the sides suggested, swap that out with another one.
If one or two recipes doesn’t sound like something your family would like, swap it out with a different recipe. I don’t have the weekends planned for you. You can eat leftovers, try new recipes, eat out, order in, whatever your family wants. I am still working on some cheap beans and rice recipes for Sunday evenings.. My life has been out of control lately and I haven’t had as much time to experiment in the kitchen.
I try to come up with recipes that don’t keep you attached to your kitchen but will put smiles on their faces.
We all have to eat. Eating healthy is very important to me, so coming up with healthy and tasty recipes is why I am here. I try and come up with recipes that taste great and kids will love them. If you have any questions, feel free to email me. Also, for Labor Day, I have a grilled set of recipes. For some places, that is the last time the grill is used.
