April trim healthy mama menu!

This menu is full of yummy meals that are perfect for picky kids (and husbands) and busy lives. These recipes are all approved by teen boys and hubby. The recipes are also designed to help you get out of the kitchen fast- we don’t always want to be attached to our kitchen. Your time and health are important!

As we transition to warmer months, there are less soups and oven dishes.

I know not everyone lives in Texas and you aren’t already grilling, so I will include a few of those recipes. If you get a cold front, swap out a skillet recipe with a soup recipe. Or, if you are having a heatwave, search on here for grill recipes, there are plenty! I also didn’t include a Sunday meal. So many people don’t eat at home Sundays (and this is late getting out).

Every fuel is listed so even a new person can follow along.

The proteins are rotated, there are e meals included, and there are no special ingredients needed! I do have 2 recipes using noodles I buy from Costco, but I am pretty sure something similar is sold at WalMart. You can even use Dreamfields pasta if you can’t find the brown rice ramen type pasta locally.
