April trim healthy mama menu!
This menu is full of yummy meals that are perfect for picky kids (and husbands) and busy lives. These recipes are all approved by teen boys and my hubby. The recipes are also designed to help you get out of the kitchen fast- we don’t always want to be attached to our kitchen. Your time and health are important!

As we transition to warmer months, there are less soups and oven dishes.
I know not everyone lives in Texas and you aren’t already grilling. If you get a cold front, swap out a skillet recipe with a soup recipe. Or, if you are having a heatwave, search on here for grill recipes, there are plenty!
Every recipe is made with easy to find ingredients. My goal is to make recipes that everyone will eat. I hear too many moms making two or more dinners!! I hate when I hear that. Below is a menu with recipes that are all approved by my family.

Every fuel is listed so even a new person to thm can follow along.
The proteins are rotated, there are e meals included, and there are no special ingredients needed! I do have 2 recipes using noodles I buy from Costco, but I am pretty sure something similar is sold at Walmart. You can even use Dreamfields pasta if you can’t find the brown rice ramen type pasta locally. I found palmini has been a great substitute. I made the beef ramen with it. My family ate every bite!!
One more thing: If you need a fuel pull nacho cheese, here is the recipe. This recipe has had rave reviews!!

The Beef Ramen and Pizza bowls are the same recipe. Hubby not a fan of Ramen, but would eat the pizza bowls
