Here is my August Trim Healthy Mama Menu
Every month I create a new thm menu. I rotate fuels, every recipe is online, and simple. I have 2 picky sons and a husband. My recipes are all approved by them. This menu is also oven-free! I know it isn’t just hot in Texas! I am rarely, if ever turning my oven on right now. It us just one of those really hot summers.
This Trim Healthy Mama menu is simple and great for beginners as well.
I list the fuel for each meal, give suggestions for side dishes, and try to make it easy to make dinner for your family easier. Every Monday is a crockpot recipe, every Tuesday is a Mexican recipe, and every Friday is a grill recipe. I love to make crockpot recipes on Monday. I prep those on Sunday to make my Monday go smoother and easier.

First, this recipe is amazing!! It’s so simple and a skillet recipe as well. I do have a few pasta recipes. You can use whatever pasta alternative you and your family will eat. My family doesn’t care for spaghetti squash or zoodles. I will often make dreamfields and veggie-based pastas. I will sometimes make some spaghetti squash or zoodles just for me. I know every family is different, just make what your family will eat.
