November Trim Healthy Mama Menu

November is days away, here is a trim healthy mama menu to help you stay on plan.

Here is a thm menu for the weekdays of November. These recipes are all special ingredient free, family friendly, and easy. There are cozy soups, comforting casseroles, and quick prep dinners. I know that we are all busy and don’t have time to spend all day in the kitchen, You want your family happy and satisfied when they get up from dinner. This menu fits the bill.

As is typical, I include some e meals, every meal is labeled what fuel it is, and proteins are rotated.

AND I have a Thanksgiving menu included! If you are wanting to attempt to stay mostly on plan, or even stay completely on plan, I have a menu included in here as well. I have a Mexican recipe every Tuesday. If you don’t like Mexican, substitute Italian, or another favorite. Every Monday is a crockpot recipe. And for the week of Thanksgiving, I tried to make the recipes super easy, so you can do your Thanksgiving prep and not have to worry about what to feed your family.
