September Trim Healthy Mama Dinner Menu
Here’s a new Trim Healthy Mama Dinner Menu for September
This recipe is full of family favorites. I have a few picky people in my family and do my best to make meals that everyone will eat. The recipes are easy to make and won’t keep you in the kitchen all day. We are all busy and have lives to live outside of the kitchen! No need to make two separate meals, one and done.
Easy, oven free, and special ingredient free recipes.
Since it is still pretty hot where I live, we are slowly adding back in some oven recipes and soups. Every recipe is special ingredient free and family approved!! You just need a grocery store to get the items for the recipes. If you are using pasta and are okay with dreamfields pasta but you can’t find dreamfields, I have a tip. Place an online Walmart order and you will get dreamfields pasta for the regular in-store price. Amazon is typically pretty expensive when it comes to this pasta. But things change, so search online for the best price. I am all about saving money!
As always, this menu has a theme.
Mondays are all crockpot recipes, Tuesdays are Mexican, Fridays are all skillet recipes, and every recipe is easy. I also list the fuel. A few recipes are any fuel (that means they are fuel pull as written) and you decide how you want to serve them. For example the firecracker chicken is a fuel pull, you can serve it any way you want. If you don’t like a certain recipe, swap it for something that you would like to eat. Adjust this menu however you need to so you and your family will eat what you make.
*if you make the mashed veggies, use very few small potatoes and when boiled, really drain. If you don’t drain it well, the mashed veggies will be too soft/runny. Potatoes are an e fuel. I limit the potatoes to 1-2 per person and consider the meal to be an s helper. If wanting to make the mashed veggies and e, use more potatoes. Otherwise it would be a xoer if using more potatoes in an s meal.
