August Trim Healthy Mama Menu

Here is a brand new trim healthy mama menu for August. This recipe is made with hot weather and busy lives in mind. Every recipe is easy, oven free, and teen boy and hubby approved. We are above 100 degrees every single day for the foreseeable future and the idea of turning the oven on makes me sweat.

The trim healthy mama recipes shared are special ingredient free as well.

I create my menus so that anyone can follow along. I keep everything easy so busy families are fed healthy meals, no need to make 2 different dinners. I also have a theme. Every Monday is a crockpot recipe, Tuesday is Mexican, Fridays are skillets recipes, and Saturdays are grilling recipes. Swap out recipes that your family doesn’t like! Change the sides (I have fed my kids plenty of packages of instant mashed potatoes).

Also, meal prepping is my biggest tip ever. Here is how I typically meal prep for my weeks.

I have started a series of dump and go crockpot recipes. First you dump everything in a freezer bag and freeze. When you are ready to cook, thaw, and dump in your crockpot. Super easy!
