December Trim Healthy Mama Menu

It’s December!! Time for a new menu.

I create these menus to help trim healthy mama’s stay on plan. Every recipe is family friendly and approved my hubby. Most, if not very recipe is quick and easy. I know that use busy thmers don’t have all day to spend in the kitchen. I rotate fuels and include E meals throughout the week. Every Monday is a crockpot recipe that you can prep on Sunday (that’s one of my tips for me to stay on plan during busy times).

I make sure to list the fuels

I also list if it’s an E, S, or Any fuel. Any means that there isn’t enough far or carb in the meal so you can make it whatever fuel you want or need it to be. For example, the sheet pan chicken fajitas, you can serve on lettuce leaves with light laughing cow cheese with refried beans and Spanish brown rice on the side for an E. The hobo packs will depend on the meat and veggies you use. Mine was actually a fuel pull the last time I made mine. My teens often have xoers. Also, if it’s cold where you live, just bake them in the oven. There is a printable PDF from at the bottom that you can print and stick on your fridge if you like.

I don’t have any meals listed for Saturday and Sunday.

We often eat leftovers on Saturday or I throw something in the crockpot. Sunday’s we normally eat out. I hope this at least gives you some inspiration.
