July Trim Healthy Mama Dinner Menu

Here is a new trim healthy mama dinner menu for July!

It is summer and than means a menu with is almost completely oven free. We are already ridiculously hot here in Texas. We have our first over 100 degree streak happening this week. Because of that, I make the summer menus with this heat in mind. I have kept Mondays as crockpot recipes, Tuesdays are Mexican, Fridays are skillet recipes, and Sunddays are grill recipes.

I make these menus special ingredient free so that anyone can follow along. I also list the fuel that the recipe is as well. The recipes are easy to make so you don’t have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. If you want to make some freezer recipes, follow along and join in on the fill your freezer Fridays! We will make 2 different dump and go freezer to crockpot recipes.

These recipes in the menu are also teen boy and hubby approved. I have 3 different pickymembers in my family. Trying to please them all has been a challenge, but I have been successful with these recipes! Feel free to change things up to your family’s tastes. Change out the sides. If your kids hate green beans, change it to something they will actually eat. This is just a free tool for you to use as needed.
