March Trim Healthy Mama Menu
March is already here. Here is my March Trim Healthy Mama menu
It’s time for another trim healthy mama menu. Here is what I have put together for March. I don’t know if this year is moving fast or slow. I can’t believe March is already here! I am happy because March is my birthday month but sad because it’s my birthday month. I don’t feel like it has been a year and I can possibly be turning another year older. On to why you are here.
After every recipe I list if it is an S or E trim healthy mama recipe.
If you need a little extra help, I make sure I list what fuel the recipe is. There are a couple recipes that are any fuel. That means that you can if you want to make the meal an s or an e. I also try to rotate fuels and types of meals. I love Mexican food but I am not going to put 3 Mexican recipes in a row. On the weekends we eat leftovers for one meal and eat out on Sundays. At the bottom there is a printable PDF for you to print and hang on your fridge. I hope this helps you stay on plan.
Every recipe is special ingredient free, NSI and family approved.
Most, if not all of the recipes are quick and easy. None of us can spend all of our time in the kitchen cooking for our family. There is life to live. Every Tuesday is a Mexican meal for taco Tuesday and Friday’s are either crockpot meals or meals you can prep ahead. If you can find an hour in your week for meal prep, I highly suggest it. That is one of my tips for staying on plan. It doesn’t have to be the weekend, just any day you have a little extra time.
