July Trim Healthy Mama Menu is here!!
It’s July and it’s hot!! We broke a few records here for June. I am pretty sure it’s only going to get worse. This menu won’t include any oven recipes. It’s too hot to turn those on, except for special times. And I like to plan those days ahead by looking at the forecast. If we aren’t below 100, I’m not turning it on!! There are a few new recipes included. Finally, I feel like I am getting back at it! I am just not focusing on the 30 plus recipes that are a huge headache to upload.
As always, every recipe in this trim healthy mama monthly dinner menu is easy, family friendly, and special ingredient free!
My goal here is to help busy moms (or dads) feed their family meals that won’t spike blood sugar, their kids will want to eat, and not keep you in the kitchen for a long time! I also make menus that a beginner to the plan can follow. I list the fuel for the meals as well. I rotate fuels and sprinkle in e meals here and there. My family isn’t a huge fan of straight e meals, but I am working on some new recipes.
There are also themes to the weeks for this thm menu.
Depending on the season, the themes will change some. This month we have no oven recipes but we do have grill recipes, skillet recipes, and crockpot recipes. No soups, no comforting casseroles! As always, if your family doesn’t like a meal or ten of these, replace it with something they will like. I have so many recipes on here, there should be something they will like. I have 3 picky men in my house and they all have different picky types. I try my best to think of that when I make these recipes.

- Quesadilla Burgers with various toppings Pico de gallo S
- Grilled Chicken with mango and black beans salsa E
- Air Fryer Fish Sticks with sautéed squash and other veg of choice and tartar sauce S
- July 4th Menu
- CP Chicken Tacos– this recipe can be any fuel you want to make it. Serve with Spanish Cauliflower rice or a brown rice version for an E Pico de Gallo Any
- Chicken Piccata (you can make this saucey or not) Serve over noodles if you want to make a sauce and Sautéed Italian Squash S
- Cheesy Sausage and Cabbage Skillet S
- Grilled Sirloin Greek Bowls S
- Grilled Lemon Rosemary Chicken (reduce the amount of oil) with mashed potatoes and another veg Air Fryer Green Beans E
- Marry Me Chicken with Salad S
- PC or Skillet version Beef and Broccoli over Fried Cauliflower Rice S
- Pollo Con Queso over Spanish Cauliflower Rice or However you want to eat it (it’s so good!) Pico S
- Creamy Sausage, Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Pasta with a Salad S
- Creamy Ranch Pork Chops with Mashed Cauliflower and Salad S
- Grilled Chicken with Peach Salsa Add some garden veggies on the side E
