Here is the June Trim Healthy Mama Menu

It’s a new month so it’s time for a new trim healthy mama dinner menu. The temps outside are getting warmer (at least in Texas) so this menu reflects that. The oven is hardly used at all, there are some fun grilling recipes, skillet recipes, and we use our crockpots/pressure cookers more. Most crockpot recipes and pressure cooker recipes can be adapted to the other cooking appliance as needed.

Meal planning can be such a time sucker and many people just don’t want to do it.

That’s one of the reasons I create monthly menus. I share recipes that special ingredient free (NSI), are teen boy and hubby approved, and ear easy to make. I include s and e recipes and rotate proteins so you don’t get bored. If you just need some menu inspiration or need a full menu to follow, I have take care of that for you.

There is a little pattern to the weeks.

Every Monday is a crockpot recipe that you can prep on the weekend. Every Tuesday is Mexican inspired. Fridays are grill recipes. If one of the recipes doesn’t sound like something your family will like, swap it with something that they will like. The guys in my house all have different picky levels and I try to accommodate them as much as possible. Here’s the June trim healthy mama menu.

  5. Marry Me Chicken over low carb pasta and Bacon Parmesan Green Beans and a Salad S
  6. Crockpot Steak Bites with a Salad and Sauteed Squash S
  7. CP Roast Tacos with Spanish Cauliflower Rice S
  8. Indian Spiced Chicken over Brown Rice E
  9. Air Fryer Fish with homemade Tartar Sauce and Coleslaw S
  10. Shish Kebobs add Grilled Green Beans if you need more Veggies S
  11. Chicken Greek Bowls S
  12. Pressure Cooker or CP Pork Loin with Twice Baked Cauliflower and a Salad S
  13. Pressure Cooker or CP Smoky Chicken Bowls E
  14. Chipotle Tacos, Pico de Gallo, and Spanish Cauliflower Rice S
  15. Cheesy Sausage and Cabbage Skillet S

16. Italian Chicken Sausage over Pasta E
